Now, the Osun state born building engineer has opened additional offices in Portharcourt and Abuja, while his Lagos office has become a beehive of activities for A-list clientele.Few days back, the city builder was contracted to remodel the Iju Station, Lagos sited mansion of the Afro Juju megastar, Sir Shina Peters. The renovation, we gathered, is very elaborate, as it is schedule to see the exterior of the house being tiled, while the roof will also be re-constructed. A source close to Sunad revealed that when the renovation is completed, the ‘Afro Juju kingdom’ will definitely be a beauty to behold.” The new architectural design is a masterpiece” the source declared.
