Ogun APC Senatorial Candidate, Lanre Tejuoso Converts Govt Building To Chinese Restaurant !!

Dr Tejuosho who is the All Progressive Congress (APC) senatorial candidate of Ogun Central in the March 28th 2015 general elections converted one of the buildings in the Commissioner’s quarters in G.R.A Ibara, Abeokuta housing estate to a Chinese restaurant and is not ready to vacate the place.
The restaurant known as Royal Mandarin has been in operation in the building for the past three years. Prince (Dr.) Lanre Tejuoso also served in governor Amosun’s government as Commissioner for the Environment as well as Special Duties before he resigned his appointment to contest for the Ogun Central senatorial seat.
“Lanre Tejuosho seized that building less than a year after governor Ibikunle Amosun took over reign of government in the state in 2011 when he was made a commissioner. We initially thought it was being renovated to be allocated to a government official. But to our surprise, the man converted the place to a Chinese restaurant and put his wife, Mojisola Tejuoso to be running the place and he has refuse to relocate from the place”. An insider in governor Amosun’s government told us.
Meanwhile, we learnt Dr Tejuoso who is said to be one of the closest ally of the governor had another government building (a duplex) where he lived with his family in the government quarters before he resigned to pursue his senatorial ambition.
“This is the kind of government we run in Ogun State now, where government officials grab public properties for personal and commercial use. It will interest you to know that some Commissioners in the state lived in hotels for close to two and a half year before they were given accomodation while the government paid millions of naira as hotel bills”. Our source revealed.
Yemojanewsng.com learnt that some officials who are not happy that Tejuosho is running a private business in a government residential building, even after resigning as Commissioner had complained severally to governor Amosun, but the governor reportedly told them that Tejuoso is his main man and would entertain no complaint about him.
“It is a very sad situation. This is the Tejuoso governor Amosun selected as the senatorial candidate of the APC for Ogun Central District. He is running a Chinese restaurant in a government own residential building and Amosun sees nothing wrong in that.” The source said.
