“The forms you are receiving free of charge is part of my contribution to educational advancement of our people. This was supposed to be part of a composite educational empowerment that comes up with other empowerment during my proposed Town Hall meeting but I had to bring this forward as the JAMB examination registration  is time barred” he stated.
