I’ll Reposition Agege Local Government Area – Tem D

Hon. Temidayo Adeyemi has promised to reposition Agege Local Government Area if elected as the next Chairman of the LGA.

Adeyemi, who is vying under the platform of the All Progressives Congress gave the assurance in a chat with reporters in Lagos, said the electorate stand to gain a lot if he is voted in.

Fondly called “Tem – D”, Adeyemi stated that he would do everything within his means to ensure that the LGA will be emulated by others.

Adeyemi in his mission statement promised to: “To actualize the Lagos State Government’s welfarist programme at Agege Local Government level such that all basic necessities of life would be accessible.”

Added to his working template are education, health, transportation, security, road, development of the environment among others.

He added that each ward will be provided with boreholes, a necessary need for the people.

To Adeyemi, if elected as Chairman he would create job opportunities and employment, markets will be transformed, and motor parks will be constructed to cater for the populace and decongest the gridlock in and around the LGA, which would eventually help in easing traffic coming into Ikeja/Alausa Business District.

On computer and phone, Adeyemi said: “Experts from Sweden would be brought in to creat an enabling environment to assemble and transfer technology to our enterprising youths and achieve self-employment”.

He concluded by saying that public parks and public utilities would be constructed to encourage hygienic standards through the participation of the private sector, which would in turn help boost the tourism sector.

Temitayo Adeyemi who is well travelled, exposed and experienced promised to make use of his wealth of experience to transform Agege and its environs into a world class society where there will be light rail within Agege to ease transportation which has been the bane of people living in the community.
Adeyemi, who had once served as secretary to the Agege Local Government described himself as most experienced aspirant in the race and that he comes from a reputable family. He promised to serve without waiting for subvention from Alausa before the masses could enjoy the dividends of democracy. With his experience and exposure over the years, he promised to make use of them to access funds which third world countries like Nigeria are entitled to, but due to lack of information or knowledge of past administrations, they did not know how to access such funds.
