The former Director General of National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control of Nigeria (NAFDAC) and Nigerian Minister of Information and Communications, was present at the on going National Conference in Abuja.
The 59-year old who was a woman of considerable weight looked drastically thinner as she sat with other delegates at the event.
Recent reports allege that she suffered minor health challenges and was treated in the United States.
