Senator Adeola Mourns Ogun APC Chairman

Senator Solomon Adeola, the vice chairman of the Senate Committee on Communications has expressed shock and sadness over the demise of Alhaji Roqeeb Olawale Adeniji, the state chairman of APC in Ogun State who passed way yesterday.

Senator Adeola described the passage of Alhaji Adeniji aka “Baba Computer” as a great loss not only to his family and Ogun West Senatorial district but the whole of Ogun State and Nigeria stressing that progressive politicians in Nigeria has lost yet again one of its leaders at whose experience and wisdom is needed as the nation grapples with developmental challenges.

The senator said “Baba Computer” was a foundation leader of APC with antecedents in politics that dates back to his association with former Governor of the state, Araba Olusegun Osoba as two term governors and was instrumental to the growth and successes of the party in Ogun State.

Senator Adeola prayed for the peaceful repose of the soul of the erudite grassroots politician and the fortitude for his family to bear the irreparable loss.
