Super Eagles forward, Ahmed Musa, was voted CSKA’s second best player for the month of August.
The vote was carried out by fans of the club.
According to the club official website, Musa who skippered the Eagles in their 0-0 draw against Tanzania at the weekend, finished behind Igor Akinfeev, who pulled 28 per cent of the vote.
The third best player for the month of August honours went to Aleksey Berezutskiy.
Musa played eight games for CSKA in August, scoring five goals.
