Caitlyn Jenner was the centre of attention at New York’s Gay Pride Parade over the weekend for several reasons.
Firstly, it’s the first time that Caitlyn, 65, has made a public appearance since unveiling her female identity on the cover of Vanity Fair earlier this month so fans were thrilled to see her at the event.
The TV star – formerly known as Bruce – was greeted with cheers and kind messages when she arrived at the PH-D Rooftop Lounge at the Dream Downtown Hotel as part of the parade.
Also attracting attention was the fact that Caitlyn had a camera crew in tow to film for her upcoming documentary series I Am Cait. The E! programme will follow the transgender star’s journey and will show her doing ‘a lot of fun things for the first time’.
Thirdly, have you SEEN what she’s wearing?! Something tells us that Caitlyn might have taken inspiration from stepdaughter Kim Kardashian for this look.
The former Olympic athlete looked chic in a belted white top teamed with a laser cut skirt for the occasion and it totally reminds us of something that Kim, 34, would wear. In fact Mrs West chose a very similar ensemble during her March trip to Paris with hubby Kanye West…
Caitlyn completed her glam get-up with gently tousled locks, pink nails and gold jewellery.
The reality star seemed to be enjoying herself at the event and was captured taking selfies of the crowd in pictures posted on the party organisers Voss Events’ Instagram page.

Fans loved seeing Caitlyn at the do and many took to social media to compliment her sophisticated look.
