We know we are very much indebted to nature on its call and it shall come one day where destinies meet and part; but permit us to say the truth and do not annihilate us because we are exhuming the politically buried truth of Okowa’s led administration.

Any leader who is not big enough to stand criticism is very small to be praised. Yes, what lies in our power to do also lie in our power not to do.

Injustice anywhere in Delta State, has posed a serious threat everywhere. It is on this note that the question of conscience is asked to Delta state Governor due to his ignoble activities, Okowa,IS IT GOOD?
Today in our society, a thief is sorry that he is caught but not that he is a thief. What is happening in Delta State now justifies the Chinese saying that, “Sit a beggar at your table and he will soon put his feet on it”. This is exactly what Gov. Okowa is doing and we make bold to ask, IS IT GOOD ?
In the words of Martin Luther, “It is both hazardous and dishonourable for a man to act contrary to the dictates of conscience” while his son Martin Luther King Jr. infers, “Cowardice asks the question, is it safe? Expediency asks the question, is it politics? Vanity asks the question, is it right? And there comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe nor politic, nor popular, but he must take it because his conscience tells him that it is right…”
The time has come for the real and concerned Delta citizens to take the bull by the horn without minding whether it is safe, expedient, popular, politic and vanity or not, but we must take the bull by the horn to ask Gov. Okowa the question of value and morals, IS IT GOOD?
Because it appears that he has buried his conscience on the altar of greed, selfish ambition and lies occasioned by apostasy and bigotry. In the words of Mahatma Gandhi, “In matters of conscience, the law of the majority has no place”. Every human being becomes free when he/she accepts the fact that his/her life should be ruled by conscience. Gov. Okowa, with all these lies you have told, do you have the peace of mind?
Oh, IS IT GOOD?
Those who disobey their conscience know without being told that they formulate new evil premises for their daily life. This is where you find yourself now. Oh, Okowa, IS IT GOOD?
According to Schiller, “A brave man risks his life, but not his conscience” but today Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa is risking his conscience and not his life with a bogus claim of being a brave leader- Oh,Okowa, IS IT GOOD?
When you were elected as the Governor of Delta State you promised Delta people of not borrowing any money to run the affairs of the State, you sworn by all you considered sacred and holy that you will not borrow money, today you did not only borrowed money but have mortgaged the future of Delta people with various loans- Okowa IS IT GOOD?
Is it good that over 85 percent of Rain Oil filling station and the two mega Northwest Petroleum stations in Asaba are owned by you?. Since you became Governor over 50% fuel stations of Rain Oil has been opened in the country. Those filling stations are not owned by Gabriel Ogbechie but you Okowa is using him to front the business so that people will not understand the same way you are using a woman to front Northwest Petroleum stations, IS IT GOOD?
Your Excellency is it good that you have used Delta State funds with impunity to acquire properties in major cities of the Country and other parts of the world within five years of your administration? IS IT GOOD?
It is on record that despite our huge monthly allocations, revenue generation, 13% derivation funds for oil producing communities and other monies our State is still owing pensioners/retirees their benefits and other entitlements? IS IT GOOD?
Your Excellency, is it good that you used the 13% derivation funds meant for oil producing communities to build a seven star hotel that will worth over ten billion naira upon completion in Asaba, and almost completed your private specialist (world class) hospital whose structure alone worth over three billion naira in Agbor, built your Northwest mega petroleum stations at Mariam Babangida junction by Asaba-Benin expressway and they other one is directly opposite Oshimili South LGA secretariat, while these communities are living in abject poverty without portable drinking water and other basic amenities.IS IT GOOD?
IS IT GOOD that you awarded the contract for the new State secretariat complex to North China Construction Company Nigeria Limited (NCCG) which allegedly has your sister, Ivana Shenton and former Zenith Bank Manager, Osadebe Osakwe as ‘frontiers?. Question of the conscience re-echoed.
Okowa you had in 2019 diverted millions of dollars to America account through one Chief LAWRENCE OSHIEGBU paypal {account number inview} while Deltans suffer and groan,you awarded a contracts valued at about N8.7billion for two Hospital renovations to your sister, Ethel Okowa, (Ivana Shenton), and few of your aides. Brother Okowa, Is It Good?
Your Excellency, is it right that Ethel, also known as Ivana, had alongside the former Secretary to the State Government, (SSG), Festus Ovie Agas, Commissioner for Special Duties Government House, Asaba, Henry Sakpra, a former Zenith Bank Manager, Osadebe Osakwe, and others have been indicted in a N13.6 billion fraud scandal related to the secretariat complex being built by your government. Tell us, Okowa, IS IT GOOD?
During that madness called massive road construction in Delta State which you claimed to have spent billions of naira on substandard roads projects in some Local Government Areas, yet your administration cannot boast of seven or eight kilometres of standard tarred roads. Gov. Okowa, IS IT GOOD?
While other states develop with the speed of light, Okowa’s Delta flourishes in mendacity and looting of public funds,Pensioners and civil servants in Delta State are pauperised and made to kneel down and pray for Okowa to resurrect the God we trust in, so that their wages will be paid even Cheerleaders keep shouting, Okowa is working! Okowa is working! Dare them to publish Okowa’s score card in five years, Gbimiiin! Oh, Ifeanyi Okowa, IS IT GOOD?
Okowa you are our brother but in between our assessment of the two comes the saying that “A good friend is better than a bad brother.” The evidence of this abounds in this article. In the words of Aristophanes, “Wise men learn much from their enemies.” Augustine of Hippo enthuses, “He who is good is free, even if he is a slave, and he who is evil is a slave, even if he is a king.” It is better for one who professes that his government is anchored on the truth of the gospel to live by example. Our king today is a slave to corruption, Delta people, IS IT RIGHT?
“Holy Spirit” that even made Okowa governor has obviously left him because of his deep rooted hatred and sadism against Delta public. Okowa loathe Delta public with passion and he has devoted all his energy to ensuring that the masses ruin in anguish and penury.A State where the Governor had to empty the State’s confer to purchased a multi-million Euro’s Yacht in United Kingdom while Deltans suffer and groan, Deltans, Is It Good?
Now you have empty our State treasury to purchased a Multi-million Euro’s large, impressive Mansion located in Manchester City (UK) for your personal use. Where did you get the money from if not from the state treasury? Okowa, IS IT GOOD?
Oh, Deltans our present state is like that of a stag that was chased by the hounds, and took refuge in a cave, where he hoped to be safe from his pursuers. Unfortunately, the cave contained a lion, to whom he fell an easy prey. “Unhappy that I am,” he cried, I am saved from the power of dogs only to fall into the clutches of a lion. Delta people is it not our experience today? IS IT GOOD?
Okowa, it is better to weep with the wise than laugh with the fool. Better to hide your knowledge than show your ignorance. The first winner may be the last loser. The taste of morality is what you do when you have power. No one can make you feel inferior without your consent. Delta people may shut out realities but not memories. Only the truth really hurts. Your attitude of giving publicly and stealing privately has dented your reputation. Talk sense to a fool and he will call you foolish. If you say what you like, you will hear what you don’t like. Fools are wise as long as they remain silent, for we may regret our speaking but not our silence. Time does not go. Time stays-we go.
Finally do not forget that when a tyrant dies, his rule is over- when a martyr dies, his rule begins. War is a coward’s way of escaping the problems of peace.
Those who are dining, winning and singing your praises today like what Charles Aniagu is doing because of the salary, imprest and other benefits/underhand deals he is getting may be the same people that will crucify you tomorrow when you are no longer the CEO of Delta State.
