A Pan Anioma Political Group, ANIOMA VANGUARD, has passed a Vote of Confidence on Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko for His outstanding selfless Leadership and People oriented spirit.
The Group rose from it’s maiden Meeting held on Tuesday May 9th 2017 by 2.30pm at Mungo Park House, beside Grand Hotel, Asaba.The meeting was attended by All LGA Coordinators and the Central Executive drawn from the Nine Local Government Areas in Delta North to make this declaration.
Speaking to News Men after the meeting, Mr. Chike Henry Okolo (Chairman, Anioma Vanguard) highlighted the premises based on which the Vote of Confidence on Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko was reached.
He stated that Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko’s sojourn in the House of Representative years ago has been a landmark in the political history of our People with no other Representative being able to meet up with the standard He has set(Drafted and Sponsored twenty two important Bills that all has been passed including the Minimum Wage, which the Nigerian Workforce are enjoying today)
He also talked on Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko’s cordial relationship with the Grassroot and strides to bring Development into the region even as a Private Citizen.
The Secretary of Anioma Vanguard, Comrade Uche Ozuerum, from Ndokwa East LGA; talked on the Humanitarian activities of Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko who has Contributed immensely to the well being of our people.Particularly His seamless collaborative efforts with the Security Agencies in curbing the menace of Fulani Herdsmen in Anioma Land.
The Vice Chairman, Anioma Vanguard, Mr. Hilary Obuseh, from Ika South LGA applauded the cordial relationship between Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko and the People of Anioma Nation; evident in his diligent move to ensure a motorable link road between Onicha Ugbo and Idumuje Ugboko, a project he has already submitted the request and quote to NDDC amongst others.
It is the utmost beleive of the Group that Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko in the Senate will be a Divine Blessings to Anioma Nation, as we will be assured of even/adequate Federal Government Presence, Infrastructural/Community Development, Constituency Projects and a Vocal Voice in the Red Chambers.
He called on all Stakeholders in Anioma Nation to see Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko’s Senatorial Project as “Our Project”.
The Publicity and Intelligence Department of the Group led by Mr. E. C. Oweazim Jnr. from Aniocha North officially launched the Media hashtag ” #IstandWithNedNwoko! ” to facilitate the Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko’s 2019 Senatorial campaign.
The Chairman reiterated the fact that Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko is a worthy Son of the Anioma Nation who has earned the Title of “The Great Prince of Anioma Land”
