President Muhammadu Buhari and members of the Federal Executive Council are currently holding an extraordinary meeting at the State House in Abuja.
The meeting is aimed at discussing the 2020 budget proposal before its presentation to the National Assembly.
Members of the council will be putting finishing touches to the fiscal document to tighten loose ends before the final presentation to the lawmakers.
Those at the meeting include Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, and ministers.
Others are the Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari and Acting Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Folasade Yemi-Esan.
The Senate had earlier announced that President Buhari would be addressing a joint sitting of both the Senate and House of Assembly at 2:00 pm tomorrow.
