Clare Bisi Jagunna, founder of Hands Lifting Hearts Initiatives; a non governmental organization based in Calgary, Canada  is set to  extend her helping hands to the less privileged people in Nigeria.
According to the lady, she said ” our mission is to provide succour and support to women and children  that are displaced due to religious, domestic or economic situations in their communities, and this we have been achieving, and we intend to extend to Nigeria. “
A graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, and University of Ilorin before she relocated to Canada a decade and half years back, her interest in social services stemmed from being a volunteer at the children’s department of her church, and the Calgary Women Shelter.
In order to understand how this institution works, she went for further training in childcare and disability management.

In her words, she said “My dad was a prominent philanthropist in Ekiti State, Nigeria and I believe that  was a propelling force that  drove me into assisting people” she said.
Clare has shipped relief materials to Nigeria with the intention of distributing to displaced children and widows.
She is married with children.
