Multiple bomb blasts have left 16 people dead in Damaturu, the Yobe State capital, Nigeria’s North-east region.
The blasts went off at the Buhari Housing Estate Damaturu, Yobe State.
Sources in Yobe State says that the injured have been taken to the Sani Abacha Specialist Hospital where they are receiving treatment.
Today’s blasts came less than a month after a suicide bomber detonated a bomb at a major motor park also in Damaturu claiming 6 lives, and leaving 43 injured.
